Job summary

Newforma is seeking a skilled software developer to design, build, test, and document software solutions, following established processes and team standards. You will contribute to the codebase with guidance from senior teammates and ensure quality through structured development practices.

You will participate in agile ceremonies, resolve customer-reported issues with cross-functional teams, and continually improve code quality while staying current with cloud and UI technologies.

• Bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, development, testing, and documentation of software solutions following team standards.
• Apply software development principles to structured assignments with guidance from seniors.
• Write and debug code using object-oriented programming languages and Microsoft-based frameworks.
• Assist in investigating and resolving customer-reported issues with support and engineering teams.
• Participate in agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Follow guidelines to address routine development tasks and technical challenges.
• Incorporate feedback from peers to improve code quality and workflows.
• Occasionally support production systems during off-hours under guidance.
