Qualifications

• Experience in the commercial real estate sector is required.
• Five to seven years of negotiation experience is required.
• Bilingual in French and English is preferred.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel to summarize real estate projects.
• Vehicle access is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze new store locations and developments in Eastern Canada.
• Analyze pro forma and financial feasibility for new stores.
• Negotiate real estate agreements for stores, expansions, relocations and renovations.
• Build relationships with developers and owners in Eastern Canada.
• Present projects to the Real Estate Committee in Toronto.
