SUMMARY
The TFMS Senior Interior Designer is part of a team delivering Space Layout & Interior Design, Functional Space Planning, and Furniture Procurement Support services. They develop design concepts, strategic occupancy plans & forecasts based on client needs, considering factors such as cost, budget, timelines, environment, structural impact, and limitations. The work must meet client specifications and be delivered within budget and timelines, including information gathering, needs analysis, stacking, blocking, preliminary planning, and design brief development. Options are developed for annual planning and in response to client on-demand needs. The Senior Interior Designer collaborates with internal BGIS staff, clients, and external consultants to ensure timely, successful project delivery.
