Job summary
A tech support consultancy is seeking a Bilingual Senior Deskside Support Technician in Montreal to offer advanced IT services. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in hardware support, excellent customer service skills, and fluency in English and French. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, hardware installations, and providing superior Help Desk support. This contract position has a potential extension.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IMAC experience doing hardware roll-outs and refreshes.
- 5+ years of desk-side support experience.
- 5+ years of break-fix experience.
- 5+ years of internetworking experience.
- A+ certification and one certification from Cisco or Microsoft.
- Must be a self-starter and able to manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform intermediate-to-advanced hardware break-fix services on PCs, laptops, and printers.
- Provide 3rd level Help Desk support.
- Respond to and manage calls from the National Dispatch.
