The TELUS National Solutions Delivery Customer Program Management Office (NSD CPMO) team is passionate about providing best-in-class project management and support to TELUS Business Solution team’s largest customers. We’re not your traditional project management team. Highly motivated and driven, we strive to deliver industry-leading customer experiences. We focus on balancing TELUS’ operational constraints, contractual requirements, profitability, advocating for the customer and actively managing and enhancing program delivery.

Qualifications

What you bring

  • Bilingualism English and French (mandatory)
  • PMP designation - thorough understanding of project management methodologies, principles and practices
  • 7+ years of program and/or project management of major, complex engagements managing cross-functional programs and stakeholder groups
  • A disciplined approach to ensure strong project financial controls to manage revenue, margin, and capital spend aligned with the business case
  • Demonstrated knowledge of TELUS wireline and/or wireless products and supporting fulfillment processes
  • Security clearance: Candidates must have, or meet, Provincial and Federal security clearance requirements
  • Ability to travel

Great-to-have

  • Scrum master certification, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and ITIL certification, or equivalent designation
  • Experience with public sector customers is desirable

Intermediate knowledge of English is required, because you will, on a regular basis, interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.), interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.), as part of this position's main responsibilities, given its national scope.

Salary Range: $95,000-$143,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits such as:
