- Experience implementing change management strategies as part of digital transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and rollout of an enterprise-wide change management framework.
- Support project teams by embedding change management strategies into key initiatives.
- Design tools to assess change readiness and measure adoption risks.
