• 1 to 3 years of broader organizational development experience is an asset.
• Experience implementing change management strategies as part of digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and rollout of an enterprise-wide change management framework.
• Support project teams by embedding change management strategies into key initiatives.
• Design tools to assess change readiness and measure adoption risks.
