Join us to unlock students’ potential and guide them through a transformative process that leads to admission into top US and UK private schools and universities. Be part of a visionary team committed to raising global education standards and driving student success.

Position Overview

As a Sales Development Representative for Crimson Canada, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, playing a key role in driving business growth and strengthening our brand presence. You will proactively identify and engage potential leads, initiate meaningful conversations, and ensure that families experience professional, personalized, and supportive service.

This is a full-time, remote role with the expectation to participate in key in-person events such as school talks, education fairs, and seminars, fostering direct engagement and trust with families. In this role, you will help families achieve their international education goals, expand Crimson’s footprint in Canada, and reinforce our leadership in premium educational services.

What are the main responsibilities for this role?
  • Monitor leads and enrollments generated from marketing across all channels—including events, PR, WeChat, Facebook, content, emails, SEO, and more—providing weekly and monthly progress reports, analyzing customer behavior, and evaluating user experience.
  • Call and respond to enquiries from parents and students to qualify them for the sales process, ensuring all data is accurately recorded in Crimson’s Salesforce CRM system.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive, professional relationships with prospective families, creating a strong first impression that reflects Crimson’s commitment to high-quality service.
  • Update lead records and track their progression through the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and Crimson’s Academic Advisors.
  • Continuously refine sales techniques, optimize processes, and enhance industry knowledge.
  • Manage sales targets and KPIs independently and collaboratively.
  • Support planning and coordination of outreach initiatives, including expos, seminars, webinars, school talks, and related events.
What skills and experience are required?
  • Native or proficient in Mandarin; fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in Marketing, Education, Public Relations, or related fields preferred
  • Experience in sales or customer service; familiarity with B2B or B2C sales processes is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently
  • Proficient in office and productivity tools, including Salesforce, Excel, and Canva
  • Strong copywriting and public relations skills, representing the company professionally in external communications
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and accountable for outcomes
  • Background in the education sector preferred but not required (e.g., knowledge of Canadian secondary or higher education systems)
Why work for Crimson?
  • Join a rapidly growing, hyper-global EdTech startup (named among GVT Top 150 EdTech companies)
  • Work with a high-performing, diverse, and ambitious team
  • Engage with innovative technology to re‑imagine the education landscape
  • Enjoy limitless growth and development opportunities
  • If you are passionate about education, people, and a fast‑paced collaborative environment, and want to work with cutting‑edge technology, we’d love to hear from you!
