We’re looking for a Bilingual RFP Specialist (French & English) to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our commercial success.

About the Role

As a Bilingual RFP Specialist, you’ll lead the end-to-end management of RFPs, RFIs, and commercial agreements within your assigned territory. You’ll partner closely with commercial, marketing, and legal teams to produce compelling proposals, maintain accurate contract documentation, and support strategic decision‑making through reporting and analysis. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and bring a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude will be key to elevating our market presence.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze and execute RFP and RFI processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and polished submissions.
  • Gather content from internal libraries and subject‑matter experts to craft concise, customer‑centric proposal documents.
  • Support the creation and delivery of RFP presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing on maintaining and improving proposal content libraries.
  • Draft, review, and activate commercial contracts, service agreements, amendments, and renewals.
  • Work with Legal Counsel to ensure language accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain customer contract memberships and ensure templates are up to date.
  • Generate monthly reporting packages with insights for senior leadership.
  • Provide ad‑hoc support, including rebate management, EDI troubleshooting, and reporting.
What You Bring
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to adapt communication to different stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—proactive, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable improving processes.
  • Excellent French & English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Confident presenter who can tell a compelling story.
  • University degree and 2–3 years’ experience with contracts, RFPs, or legal documentation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with SAP, Vistex, and Adobe PDF is an asset.
  • Healthcare or medical device industry experience is a plus.
