Job summary

Assistance Services Group, a Foundever Group company, is seeking a Work from Home Registered Nurse to provide compassionate patient interactions, triage, and guidance over the phone. You will document cases with our clinical software and adhere to safety protocols while joining a 24/7 operations team.

The role includes a 6-week full-time virtual training program with flexible shifts, in a remote Canada-based environment, supporting both English and French speaking patients.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Nursing with at least 1 year post-registration acute care experience.
• Licensed with NANB and province of practice.
• Bilingual English and French required for English- and French-speaking patients.
• Proficient in triage, communication, and critical thinking; capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient interactions over the phone and tele-triage conditions.
• Assess symptoms, document cases, and offer healthcare advice using clinical software.
• Maintain safety protocols and support a 24/7 remote operations team.
• Participate in a 6-week full-time virtual training program and on-the-job coaching.

As a Work from Home Registered Nurse for Tele-Care, you\'ll enjoy the benefits of a flexible work environment that enhances both comfort and productivity. Qualifications

• You currently reside in Canada
• Proficiency in English and French is required, as the role will support and be assigned both English- and French-speaking patients.
• You to have a degree or diploma in Nursing with at least one (1) year of post-registration clinical experience, preferably in acute care
• Registered with the NANB and the province where you live
• Have a passion for helping patients
• You\'ll also need strong communication, triage and critical thinking skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work and study independently with minimal supervision
• Previous call centre experience is considered an asset
• A desk, comfortable chair, access to a quiet home office space, high-speed internet, and the ability to hardwire your internet modem to the equipment we supply

This role may involve the use of approved artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making. Examples may include automated workflows, data-supported recommendations, drafting or summarization tools, or candidate/employee interaction tools (as applicable to the role).
