  • 7+ years’ experience in fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with capital projects, layout design, process improvement, and Lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Define, manage, and execute improvement projects within assigned regions.
  • Lead evaluation and implementation of capital projects.
  • Manage financial spend of capital projects.
  • Draft and design layouts of equipment for maximum efficiency.
  • Support implementation of standardized CMMS programs across all sites.
