Job summary

Michelin in Granton, Nova Scotia is seeking a Process Engineer (Bilingual) to join one of Canada’s leading manufacturing teams.

You will establish, monitor and improve process parameters, work on quality planning, corrective actions, and cross-functional projects, liaising with local and global customers.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 1–3 years experience, and fluency in English and French; strong mechanical sense and ability to develop digital tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Establish, define and monitor process parameters to ensure product quality.
• Participate in quality planning for products, materials, processes and methods.
• Define and implement corrective and preventive actions for improvement.
• Design and carry out tests to evaluate changes with materials, equipment, and processes.
• Support operations by monitoring production quality, performance and maintenance.
