A leading service provider in Canada seeks a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate payroll processing across the country. Responsibilities include managing payroll functions, handling inquiries, and ensuring compliance with legislation. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of payroll experience, is bilingual in French and English, and is proficient in payroll systems like ADP and UKG. This full-time position offers a flexible work environment with competitive compensation and benefits.
As Payroll Specialist you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees across Canada. Working in both English and French you will handle a wide range of payroll functions from data entry and calculations to liaising with external partners and responding to internal inquiries. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to confidentiality and a solid understanding of federal and provincial payroll legislation. You’ll also support reporting government requests and continuous process improvements helping to ensure a smooth and compliant payroll experience for all employees.
