  • Coordinate program services to ensure prompt access to therapy and self-injection training
  • Collaborate with Program Management and other specialists to address patient concerns and needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • College Diploma or University degree is required
  • 1-3 years’ experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in patient‑facing roles
  • Experience with public and private third‑party drug reimbursement plans
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a Customer Service or Call Centre setting
  • Bilingualism (French & English) is mandatory
