What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the single point of contact for patients enrolled in the support program and their prescribing physicians
- Conduct welcome calls to gather information and inform patients about program offerings
- Act as a patient advocate by exploring options for medication funding and managing financial assistance
- Coordinate program services to ensure prompt access to therapy and self-injection training
- Collaborate with Program Management and other specialists to address patient concerns and needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College Diploma or University degree is required
- 1-3 years’ experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in patient‑facing roles
- Experience with public and private third‑party drug reimbursement plans
- 1-3 years’ experience in a Customer Service or Call Centre setting
- Bilingualism (French & English) is mandatory

- Strong computer skills in a Windows environment and experience with customer relationship databases
