What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the single point of contact for patients enrolled in the support program and their prescribing physician
- Conduct welcome calls to gather patient information and introduce them to the support program
- Inform patients about program offerings such as case management support and prescription coordination
- Advocate for patients by exploring funding options for medications and managing financial assistance
- Collaborate with program management and other specialists to address patient concerns and ensure effective service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College diploma or university degree is required
- 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, preferably with direct patient interaction
- Experience with public and private drug reimbursement plans
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center setting
- Bilingualism (French & English) is mandatory

- Strong computer skills in a Windows environment using MS Office
