Qualifications

• College diploma or international equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Ability to structure and implement high-level process thinking.
• Strong communication skills, including conflict resolution.
• Experience in supervising and motivating a team.
• Valid driver license required.
• Scheduled working hours are 11:30 AM ET to 7:30 PM ET.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations manager in team development.
• Follow standard operating procedures established by management.
• Inspect, handle, and stock inbound products.
• Supervise warehouse operations including personnel management.
• Respond quickly to customer/client inquiries.
• Encourage safe work practices and arrange daily cycle counts.
• Other duties as assigned.
