Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with diverse patient groups.
• Active registration as a Social Worker (OCSWSSW) or Psychotherapist (CRPT).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized intervention plans.
• Participate in case discussions and service planning.
• Develop and lead workshops and groups for adults and seniors.
