Responsibilities
  • Prepare mail and packages for external shipment using common mail services and postal services.
  • Receive, sort, and process mail documents, packages, and supplies; notify recipients.
  • Deliver and pick up mail on scheduled runs.
  • Perform fulfillment functions, such as assembly, packaging, and kitting materials.
  • Operate mail equipment, including mail inserters, sorters, and finishing equipment.
  • Perform mail labeling and mail merge.
Qualifications

Skills

  • Must be fluent in communicate with French/English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis.
  • Good communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Able to read, write, and follow French and English instructions.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to operate high-volume mail and insertion equipment.
  • Ability to stand for up to 80% of the time.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness and ability to learn.

Experience

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a professional working environment.
  • Experience in a client-facing environment.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a mailroom environment.

Education

  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
