Job summary

BMO Financial Group in Canada is seeking an experienced lending operations professional to oversee loan administration and servicing activities. You will support payments, transactions, service requests, and stakeholder inquiries within established SLAs, collaborating across teams to promote efficient processes and a positive customer and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree.
• In-depth knowledge of systems and technology used in the business unit.
• Understanding of the business unit’s key products, processes and controls.
• Knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements of the business.
• Strong prioritization, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Verbal & written communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day delivery of lending operations, including loan administration and servicing.
• Supports the execution of payments, transactions, service requests, and inquiries within SLAs.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to promote efficient processes and positive relationships.
• Develops and maintains understanding of regulatory requirements and risks inherent in operations.
• Supports development of tools and training to deliver business results.
