A leading IT services firm in Canada is seeking a Desktop Hardware Support Consultant to provide IT support in a fast-paced environment for a Federal Government client. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, bilingual proficiency in English and French, and must hold valid Security Clearance. This position requires hands-on support for hardware and software issues, along with network management expertise. This is an on-site role in Vancouver.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in IT support roles.
  • Must have Security Clearance / Secret Clearance.
  • Ability to express themselves in both official languages (English-French).

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise on network management systems.
  • Troubleshoot escalated IT incidents and propose solutions.
  • Assist IT Service Desk and Desktop Support teams with hardware/software issues.
