  • Submit fulfillments or research cases for inquiries.
  • Identify and inform Supervisor of complaints and trends.

Skills

Strong communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
Bilingualism (English / French)
Advanced knowledge of PCs
Ability to take action to meet customer expectations
