Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in case management or similar duties.
- Fluent in English, French preferred for verbal and written communications.
- Demonstrated success managing intake processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage intake and follow-up for assigned complaints and reports.
- Coordinate with the Victim Support team on relevant cases.
- Contribute to policy development and research as needed.
