Bilingual Inside Sales Account Specialist

Full time, Permanent

Location: Toronto ON – Hybrid (4 days in office, Friday is a work from home day!)

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)

Salary: $50,000 base salary + Up to 20K Bonus

Company: A financial technology company specializing in connecting issuers to Financial Advisors and Institutions. Using our proprietary technology and data-driven approach. Our client offers comprehensive coverage of both the U.S. and Canadian markets.

Summary: In this role, you will contact Investment Professionals across North America on behalf of our clients. Our clients include banks, asset managers, and public companies across various sectors and industries. This role provides a great opportunity for individuals to continue to grow their career in finance.

Qualifications
  • Fluent bilingual French and English (spoken and written)
  • University degree or college diploma in a relevant field is required (Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration)
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset (Company will pay if you don’t have it)
  • Previous business development or sales experience is an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to articulate compelling responses that effectively address objections while maintaining a positive dialogue
  • Showcase resilience in the face of objections, turning challenges into opportunities to gather further insight from interactions
  • Ability to adapt and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage interactions and data
  • Superior collaboration skills
  • Strong understanding of the markets, or strong curiosity to learn
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts
  • Solid organization and time management skills
