Mackenzie Investments, part of IGM Financial, invites applications for a Bilingual Senior Specialist, HR Service Delivery on a 12-month contract. Based in Canada with a hybrid work model, you will support line managers and employees on HR policies, benefits, and processes.

The role collaborates with Centres of Expertise and HRIS to deliver a seamless employee experience, reporting to the Manager, HR Service Delivery. Proficiency in French and English is required.

Qualificações

• Bilingual in French and English.
• 3–4 years of HR experience in employee-centric environment.
• Post-secondary education focused on HR or related field.
• Ability to work with leaders at all levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organizational skills in a confidential setting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Clear communicator who simplifies complex information.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors or SAP (asset).
• Highly detail-oriented and accurate.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advisory and logistical support to line managers and employees on pay, benefits, recruiting, and HR policy.
• Process talent management system transactions from automated workflows including letters and offboarding.
• Resolve HR system queries to support adoption of available technology.
• Prepare reporting and analytics for client groups with HRIS team.
• Provide backup to teammates and participate in projects as needed.
