• A minimum of five years’ experience in Human Resources employment policies, practices, and regulations.
• Results-driven with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to identify new ways for HR to support business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and advice to employees and leaders.
• Interpret HR policies and guidelines for managers and employees.
• Prepare management reports to support performance management.

Skills

Strong oral and written communication skills in both official languages (French and English)

Education
