Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Recruiter who will specialize in supporting a key client’s business needs with the drive to understand talent, help others develop and connect their skills to meaningful work. You will use your strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients. This role requires strong client‑facing skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in French and English and demonstrate polished communication and interpersonal abilities. Previous experience bridging talent acquisition gaps and fostering partnerships is essential. Candidates must be within a commutable distance to either Saint‑Bruno or La Pocatière for occasional onsite visits to the client.

  • Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates in order to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities. Remove barriers and ensure candidates are equipped with the information and tools to prepare them for successful employment.
