You will use your strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients. This role requires strong client‑facing skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in French and English and demonstrate polished communication and interpersonal abilities. Previous experience bridging talent acquisition gaps and fostering partnerships is essential. Candidates must be within a commutable distance to either Saint‑Bruno or La Pocatière for occasional onsite visits to the client.
