Bilingual (French/English) Sales Analyst – Managed Print Services

As a Sales Analyst - Managed Print Services, you will support the B2B sales team by conducting discovery meetings with customers, providing training to sales representatives, conducting print assessments, and analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Train the sales team on Managed Print Services offerings.
- Evaluate sales leads, create tailored presentations and pricing, and attend pitches as an industry expert if necessary.
- Respond to Requests for Information, Quotes, and Proposals with customized verbiage and pricing.
- Conduct print assessments, analyze data, and recommend cost reductions and efficiencies.
- Monitor contract lifecycle, coordinate with Legal on critical terms, and manage customer onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships, adding new vendors aligned with business strategy.
- Ensure contractual compliance, conduct operational reviews, and identify new sales opportunities.
- Perform manual billing and prepare monthly customized reports.
Qualifications
To succeed, you will need:
- Post-secondary education.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent project management skills for conducting print assessments and deployments.
- Effective time management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and French.
