Job Description

As our French/English Bilingual Inbound Sales Representative, you will handle all incoming sales-related calls. You will sell to various customer demographics, from existing to new clients, focusing on tailoring solutions to meet customer needs. Team members are vital to our culture, and we value their contributions and feedback. To succeed, you must adapt and connect with diverse customer groups and understand different business operations.

Note: This is a 4-month contract with potential extension to a permanent role. It is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in our downtown Toronto or Vancouver office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage conversations with prospective accounts via phone and web chats to build relationships.
2. Identify needs for the Sage 50 product and upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.
3. Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
4. Maintain an accurate pipeline of sales opportunities.
5. Manage time efficiently to meet productivity standards and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in B2B sales, solution sales, telemarketing, outbound/inbound sales, account management, or business development, especially in high-tech or SaaS industries.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, Fusion Order Entry, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, including prioritization, time management, and meeting deadlines.

The salary range for this role, depending on location and experience, is approximately $44,400 to $74,000 plus potential bonuses or commissions. Specific compensation details will be provided during the hiring process.
