Our client is looking for a Bilingual - French Customer Order Management Representative, who can provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment through routine orders entry skill, order tracking, and problem resolution. You will be responsible for all customer types of inquiry and products by way of processing orders, answering phones promptly, finishing delivery information and providing field sales/service support, all with accuracy and efficiency.
