About the Role

Canadian Education Warehouse (CEW) and the Welcome to Kindergarten™ (WTK) program are seeking a fully bilingual (French/English), detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service, Sales Support & Purchasing Coordinator to support our national operations.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting Francophone and Anglophone clients across Canada. The successful candidate will provide bilingual customer service, manage orders and quotes, coordinate purchasing and inventory, and support WTK kit production planning. This role requires frequent communication in French, particularly with French-language school boards, partners, and internal teams.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a bilingual operational environment and enjoys working across customer service, purchasing, and supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Support
  • Provide professional customer service in French and English, responding to inquiries related to products, pricing, orders, and quotes.
  • Support Francophone and Anglophone school boards, educators, and partners across Canada.
  • Provide product recommendations and tailored solutions to meet customer and program needs.
  • Resolve order or service issues and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the national sales team by preparing bilingual quotes, order confirmations, and related documentation.
Order Management & WTK Kit Production Support
  • Accurately process bilingual customer orders and quote requests for CEW and WTK program clients.
  • Manage the full order lifecycle, including system entry, tracking, and fulfillment coordination.
  • Support WTK kit production planning by coordinating inventory availability, timelines, and logistics.
Purchasing & Inventory Coordination
  • Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs to support sales demand and WTK kit production.
  • Track supplier orders, manage backorders, and proactively identify supply chain risks.
  • Maintain accurate bilingual product descriptions, pricing, and supplier information in inventory and purchasing systems.
Operational & Administrative Support
  • Support efficient order chain management between sales, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams.
  • Prepare and review reports related to sales, purchasing, inventory, and kit production.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and the bilingual customer experience.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, order management, purchasing, or supply chain coordination.
  • Experience working in a bilingual or French-language environment is required.
  • Experience in the education sector or with educational products is a strong asset.
Language Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in French with Francophone school boards, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in SAGE Quantum 50, order management and purchasing systems, and Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in bilingual order and purchasing documentation.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience and bilingual proficiency.
