• Demonstrated experience in bank-based and financial underwriting.
• Self-motivated, organized, and reliable with expertise in mathematics and financial spreading.

Responsibilities

• Communicate application status and request additional documentation.
• Make timely and accurate credit decisions based on policy guidelines.
• Validate document authenticity and identify suspicious behavior.
• Create underwriting policies and procedures.
• Perform financial analysis and compile underwriting memos.
• Set customer expectations and answer questions during the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver a world-class customer experience.
