A leading staffing agency based in Toronto is seeking a Manager of Estate Settlements to oversee operations in Montreal. The successful candidate will lead a team, ensure service excellence, and drive continuous improvement. Candidates should have over 5 years of leadership experience in client-focused environments, possess strong communication skills, and be bilingual in English and French. This is a hybrid role offering a competitive hourly rate with an opportunity for permanent employment after the contract period.
Hourly Rate: $40–$45/hr
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Estate Settlements to lead a high-performing administration and contact-handling team. This role oversees daily operations, ensures service excellence, and drives continuous improvement within the Estate Settlements function. You will coach, mentor, and guide a team of approximately 10 employees, including Coordinators, Associates, and sr Specialists, while delivering client-focused outcomes and elevating the overall experience for both clients and employees.
This position is based in Montreal, and bilingualism (English/French) is required.
