Position : Bilingual English-Vietnamese Remote Customer Service Representative (Vegetarian Products)

Location : Remote

Working Hours : PST 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday (45-60 minutes break with no pay)

Vietnam Time : 10 : 30 PM – 7 : 30 AM, Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities
  • Call or send a text message to customers to confirm orders, verify addresses, and respond to inquiries.
  • Provide customers with accurate information about products or services.
  • Effectively and efficiently identify and resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Report complex or unresolved problems to higher-level support or management.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling and promote these opportunities.
Requirements
  • No gender limitation.
  • College degree or above.
  • Fluent in spoken language.
  • Strong stability.
  • Positive and optimistic, full of energy.
  • Reliable and with a strong sense of professional ethics.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience working on e-commerce platforms is preferred.
  • Able to work night shifts.
