Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of dispatch, scheduling or customer service work experience.
• Ability to allocate work orders for optimal human resource utilization.
• Computer proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel and service management databases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute Technicians’ daily schedules.
• Provide support to facility management operations projects.
• Receive and document service requests into work orders.
• Assess and assign priority to work orders.
• Monitor and follow up on work order progress.
