As a strategic leader within Scotiabank’s International Commercial Banking, the Director, Segmentation & Value Proposition is responsible for designing and deploying differentiated, data‑driven segment strategies that unlock growth, deepen client relationships, and enhance commercial impact across geographies.
Reporting to the VP, Client Experience and Commercial Product, this role leads the development of needs‑based segmentation frameworks, segment‑specific value propositions, and go‑to‑market initiatives that align with the Bank’s strategic priorities—particularly the acceleration of Cash Management through initiatives like Cash‑in‑a‑Box and the Virtual Relationship Manager.
The Director will collaborate closely with Global Transaction Banking (GTB), regional leaders, product teams, marketing, and analytics to ensure that each segment is served with tailored solutions, compelling value stories, and scalable coverage models.
