Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a route-based driver to safely operate a commercial vehicle and manage a defined customer base along an Anjou, QC route. You will use a handheld system to process transactions, balance daily activities, and handle inventory and service calls to foster strong customer relationships.

Candidates should be at least 21, hold a Quebec Class 3 license with a clean driving record, and be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Customer service & sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs (about 200 reps per day).
• Ability to climb stairs.
• Must hold Class 3 license (Quebec) and have a clean driver’s abstract.
• Ability to adhere to Primo Brands Motor Vehicle Policy.
• Basic computer/data entry skills and math abilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle and perform duties safely, including vehicle inspections.
• Efficiently manage customer base within the established route.
• Use handheld system to key transactions and manage customer data.
• Manage inventory and balance daily route activities.
• Complete service calls and resolve customer issues to build relationships.
• Protect company assets, including collection of equipment and customer payments.
• Identify opportunities to acquire new long-term customers to support route growth and upsell products.
