Job summary

SureHire Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Contact Centre Agent (French/English) to operate in a remote/hybrid Canada-wide role. You will handle inbound calls, book testing appointments, and support clients with SureLink and clinic coordination from Gatineau area and across Canada.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and customer service skills with an emphasis on accuracy, calendar management, and first-call resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (French/English) required or strongly preferred.
  • Experience in customer service and/or call center is an asset.
  • Strong communication and listening skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls, transfer calls, place caller on hold, and forward to voicemail.
  • Book appointments across Canada using SureLink calendar and coordinate locations.
  • Coordinate third-party appointments and communicate with clinics and recruiters.
  • Take payments and process transactions; provide first‑call resolution where possible.
  • Complete tasks as assigned by the Manager and other departments.
