Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and respond to inquiries by phone and email.
  • Manage customer orders from entry through invoicing, ensuring accuracy.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently with satisfactory solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer requirements.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingualism: Fluent English with functional French
