Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and respond to inquiries by phone and email.
- Manage customer orders from entry through invoicing, ensuring accuracy.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently with satisfactory solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer requirements.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
