Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Montréal is seeking a Corporate Communications Advisor to join our Global Communications team.

This generalist role moves between internal communications, external storytelling, and event coordination to bring the GDI story to life for employees, industry stakeholders, and future talent. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Communications, you will help plan and execute communications across channels, support media and PR requests, and build relationships across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (required).
• 3–5 years of communications experience. Cross-team collaboration is valued.
• Bilingual in French and English for daily communications with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling with strong visual sense.
• Fast-paced environment; proactive, curious, and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for internal channels, intranet, and e-newsletters to inform and connect employees.
• Support internal announcements, change communications, and town halls.
• Develop and maintain a consistent internal tone across channels.
• Create external content about the brand for corporate website, social media, and awards submissions.
• Assist with media/PR requests and coordinate with agency partners as needed.
• Build relationships across the business to identify and develop stories.
• Help plan and execute corporate and social events and town halls.
• Coordinate with vendors on events and communications logistics.
• Contribute to content calendar and strategy for corporate communications and events.
• Track engagement metrics and use data to improve future content.
• Handle ad hoc communications projects as priorities shift.
