Responsibilities
  • Communicate with functional leaders and business analysts to understand the scope of testing
  • Analyze technical documents to identify required test scenarios
  • Execute and verify the calculation results of the test scenarios, reporting any anomalies
  • Keep the test suite up-to-date with new features or changes to existing features
  • Participate in team meetings and calculation review sessions
Qualifications
  • University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or finance
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with Canadian and/or U.S. pension plans
  • Experience in verification of pension plan calculations
  • Proficiency in pension calculation tools and Excel
  • Fluency in English and French (written and verbal)

  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar job management tools
  • VBA programming skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving ability and effective priority management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently
