Sentrex Health Solutions Inc. is recruiting a Bilingual Clinical Associate Program Manager for a 14-month fixed-term remote role based in Canada. You will lead immunology patient support programs, monitor performance, ensure data integrity, and support operational execution.

The role requires RN in good standing, 3–5 years in PSP, and bilingual French/English, with 2+ years in people management. Travel is not required, and a strong collaboration across teams will be essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with the provincial college.
• 3-5 years of experience in PSP.
• French and English bilingual is required.
• Immunology knowledge is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years in a people management role.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational leadership and program coordination for Immunology PSPs.
• Monitor program performance, data integrity, and reporting.
• Support client presentations, governance materials, and meeting documentation.
• Coordinate product launches, indication expansions, and operational changes.
• Collaborate across Operations, Quality, Analytics, Technology, Training and Finance teams.
