Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess claims for benefit entitlement by reviewing contractual, medical, functional and occupational documentation.
• Manage an active caseload while meeting client service standards and KPIs.
• Document claim analyses and maintain accurate records per policies.
• Communicate updates and explain decisions professionally to stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed phone interviews to gather information and discuss outcomes.
• Identify required supporting documents for current and future benefit payments.
• Collaborate with team members and plan sponsors to uphold service standards.
