Your Mission

As a Claims Analyst youll play a key role in supporting our reimbursement process by :

  • Receiving receipts in a scanned / paperless environment
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and email inquiries
  • Follow up with patients via call or email as a reminder to submit documentation required for reimbursement
  • Maintain patient information securely and accurately
  • Reviewing submission details to assess eligibility and level of coverage
  • Processing approved requests with precise data entry and accuracy
  • Investigating claims that require further clarification
  • Organizing work and documentation to ensure timely accurate payment processing
What You Bring to the Table
  • 12 years experience in an office or administrative role
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • High attention to detail with quick and accurate data entry skills
  • Familiarity with claims processing is a strong asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong computer skills (Outlook Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and active listening abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bilingual in French and English (required to support communication with both internal and external stakeholders)
Compensation

At BioScript your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.
