Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a related field.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Demonstrated ability to meet all Quality Assurance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed assessments and therapy for children and families.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
• Advocate for clients and reduce barriers to service.

Skills

Bilingual in English and French

Excellent clinical assessment skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Experience in gender-based violence (GBV)

Ability to provide crisis planning and response

Education

Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field

Registered with OCSWSSW or CRPO
