A leading customer service provider is seeking a Bilingual Int. Call Center Specialist to assist customers with banking inquiries. This remote role requires fluency in French and English and at least 2 years of customer support experience. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of Amazon Connect and Service Now. This is a 6-month position with flexible hours.

BILINGUAL (FR/EN) Int. Call Center Specialist to assist customers with our banking client

Duration: 6 months (chance to extend)

Location: 100% WFH (Hours: 12 - 8PM EST) - candidate must be located in Montreal or Toronto

Must haves:

• Must be fluent in French and English
• 2+ years of experience with providing customer support over the phone
• Previous experience with Amazon Connect and Service Now for ticketing

Nice to have:

• Previous experience working at a call center at a bank.
