Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage calendar and appointments for executives.
- Handle reception duties including calls and mail.
- Organize company events and sponsorship activities.
- Reconcile corporate petty cash and credit cards.
- Prepare documents and translate between English and French.
