We’re a growing and results focused organization committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients and we are seeking a Bilingual (English / French) Accounting Clerk to join our Finance team in our Bowmanville Head Office. In this role, you’ll handle invoicing, credits, reconciliations, and client communications, all while helping us improve and refine our processes.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare and send invoices on a daily basis.
  • Issue credit notes accurately and promptly.
  • Download, verify, and reconcile client data for invoicing.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts for client volume rebates.
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues to resolve account discrepancies.
  • Participate in process improvements to make our work faster and more accurate.
What We’re Looking For
  • Post‑secondary degree or certificate in accounting or related field.
  • Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
  • 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and accurate.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a natural curiosity to understand processes.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
