A leading mental health services provider in Toronto seeks an experienced Account Manager to oversee customer satisfaction and delivery of services. The ideal candidate will be fluently bilingual in French and English and hold a BS/BA. Responsibilities include managing a diverse block of customers, ensuring service delivery, and identifying upsell opportunities. Strong interpersonal skills and experience in account management are essential.

Qualifications

  • Must reside in the greater Toronto Area or Ottawa.
  • Experience in insurance, benefits, healthcare or human resources is a plus.
  • Proven track record of selling additional services to current customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall customer satisfaction and profitability of your assigned customers.
  • Retain and grow your book of business by meeting customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Implement and manage the effective delivery of your customers' programs.

Skills

Fluently bilingual in French and English
Account management experience
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
