WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Bilingual Accounts Receivable Collector is responsible for preparing and issuing financial reports, processing and verifying financial transactions, and ensuring accurate data entry in the system. The role includes collecting, posting, and reconciling customer payments, ensuring any discrepancies are resolved. The AR Collector also reviews and approves customer credit and monitors potential issues while preparing regular reports. The position involves maintaining filing systems and responding to client and internal inquiries, while ensuring compliance with company policies and workplace standards.

WHAT YOU BRING

The ideal candidate has completed college-level courses in accounting or bookkeeping and may be currently enrolled in the CCP program. With two to three years of related experience, you bring a strong background in accounting and collections. Fully bilingual in English and French, you demonstrate excellent analytical, computer, and negotiation skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and work efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • This position can be based at our Niagara-on-the-Lake branch in a hybrid model or performed remotely.
