Overview

Hifi Engineering is a small and dynamic company which specializes in creating fiber optic leak detection technologies for the pipeline industry. This Data Analyst position is for motivated and hardworking candidates who would like to put their data analysis and signal processing skills to use in a fast paced environment. The successful applicant will work 12-hour shifts at Hifi's 24-hour data center in Calgary to analyze system generated data from various field deployments. The operator will need to support customer protocols and inquiries by analyzing energy signatures embedded in the data to decide how to act on inbound events. Client communications must be conducted professionally and immediately documented. The operator will be responsible for remotely resolving system issues such as hardware or software malfunction.
