Work location: On site. No remote work option.

Schedule

Full time, 30 to 40 hours per week. Shifts include early morning, morning, day, evening, weekend. Starts as soon as possible.

Pay

Hourly: $28.00 to $35.00, negotiable.

Responsibilities
  • Calibrate products using hand tools
  • Train staff and supervise work (apprentices, stagings, design team, etc.)
  • Operate cash register and computerized inventory systems; perform data entry
  • Estimate or quote prices; document warranties, delivery dates
  • Provide advice and conduct sales transactions via Internet-based e‑commerce
  • Deliver customer service, advertise and promote products
  • Teach professional development courses
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental or lease; maintain sales records; assist display of merchandise
  • Prepare sales, rental or leasing contracts; accept cash, cheque, credit card or automated debit payment
Qualifications
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 5 years or more in bicycle repair or related field
  • Skills: Manual dexterity, attention to detail, fast‑paced environment, ability to handle up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
